Automatic OPP BOPP label film applicator hot melt Glue labeling machine
This equipment adopts transporting device of fully automatic helicoid. The containers come to the machine entry by bottle conveyer chain; then come to bottle entry star wheel by separating screw distance. The containers clamped by the star wheel come to the cross of the circled plate, the device of up-pressing bottle and down-holding bottle matches the fixed container, moving on the helicoid plate to complete the labeling process. Then passing from the bottle exit star wheel, complete the whole process of container transportation. Hot melt glue is conveyed to the glue roller by glue pump in the glue box, the glue will be scraped into a certain thickness film by glue scraper. When the label passing, the glue will attached on it. The label will be transported to the label cutting roller from the label plate under the servo motor device.

Safety part of the machinea
1)Safety protection: In order to keep the operator safety, when the machine is running please close the protective doors
2)Lack of label alarm: Set an alarm to remind the operator to change the label when the label will be use out
3)Lack of bottle alarm: When lack of the bottle the machine will stop and make an alarm. The machine will restart automatically as soon as the bottles have been put that will facilitate on-line production
4)Leak of labeling alarm: To control the quality of labeling
5)Pressure testing: When the pressure cannot meet the equipment requirement, the machine will stop to against bad products produce
6)Vacuum testing: When the vacuum cannot meet the equipment requirement, the machine will stop to against bad products produce
